Ben Kergerson is a Las Venturas-based accountant, financial consultant, and founder of Kergerson Accounting & Consulting. Known for his high-strung precision and relentless attention to detail, Kergerson has built a reputation as a specialist in complex financial structuring, risk management, and discreet problem-solving.

Operating behind a calm but tightly controlled professional image, he is widely regarded as a “quiet backbone” for businesses requiring both legitimate financial services and more nuanced, less visible solutions.

Ben Kergerson graduated in London with a degree in Finance before relocating to Las Venturas in 2000. From the beginning, his approach to finance emphasized structure, control, and risk awareness. Rather than pursuing a traditional corporate trajectory long-term, Kergerson developed his expertise through direct exposure to client-side financial realities, ranging from small business accounting to complex, high-pressure financial scenarios.

Kergerson began his career as an intern within a small accounting firm, quickly establishing himself as detail-oriented and highly dependable. He progressed into roles involving bookkeeping, financial reporting, and client account management. During this period, he became known for identifying discrepancies and resolving financial inconsistencies with discretion. His growing exposure to diverse financial cases laid the foundation for his later consulting work.

In 2010, Kergerson transitioned into independent consulting, offering financial advisory services to private clients and businesses. His work expanded into tax strategy, contract structuring, and financial risk assessment. Over time, he developed a network of clients requiring increasingly complex solutions, including portfolio management, asset structuring, and advisory services in legally ambiguous environments.

In 2020, Kergerson founded Kergerson Accounting & Consulting, establishing a full-service firm providing financial reporting, tax optimization, corporate structuring, audit preparation, and investment advisory. Under his leadership, the firm expanded into a central financial hub within Las Venturas, serving a wide range of clients from small businesses to established enterprises.
